MTLA is an active, growing organization dedicated
to strengthening the locksmith profession in Nashville and the surrounding
Middle Tennessee region.

SCAMS
From July of 08 to present, dispite
numerous complaints being filed with the Tennessee department
of commerce and insurance locksmith licensing division against
unlicensed locksmiths, there is little evidence that the law
is being inforced. As a consumer PLEASE verify that your locksmith
is licensed.

Every locksmith listed
on our member's page is fully licensed, and receives training
and continuing education at our meetings on a monthly basis.
We require all locksmiths listed on this site to be a member
in good standing and for a minimum of 1 year and attend the
majority of our meetings prior to listing.
